Recipe: Almond Butter Energy Bites

Perfect for a quick and healthy after school snack for the kids! (great for us big kids too, hehe!)

2 cups Instant Oatmeal

3/4 cup Almond Butter

1/3 cup Favorite Protein Powder

4 tablespoons Honey

1/4 cup Chia Seeds

1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips

1 teaspoon Vanilla

1/4 cup flax seed meal

In a large bowl mix all ingredients together well.

Then, using a large spoon or cookie scoop form into 1 inch round balls and place onto wax or parchment paper.

Put them into the freezer for approximately 1 hour and then transfer into a zip-lock bag.
